Add or update one logical artifact rule at a time.

1. Select the correct broad category.
2. Create or update one YAML rule.
3. Add platform-specific paths.
4. Add content indicators only when well supported.
5. Choose sensitivity conservatively.
6. Add reliable references or provenance when available.
7. Validate, generate, and test.
